BrandBing Privacy Policy

Last updated: [publication date]

1. Who we are

BrandBing provides casino information, affiliate programme information, professional profiles and tools for researching and managing industry relationships.

This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit brandbing.com, create an account, use Binglee, contribute information, contact us or register your interest at an event.

The organisation responsible for your personal information is:

[Full legal name of the company or individual operating BrandBing], trading as BrandBing.
Address: [business correspondence address and country]
Privacy contact: [email protected]

In this policy, “BrandBing”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that organisation.

2. Information we collect

Website visitors

We process technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and security logs.

Searches, referral information and usage information may also be processed where the relevant functionality is enabled. Information about cookies and analytics appears in section 9.

Accounts and applications

When you register, apply for affiliate access or request permission to manage information, we may collect:

We use this information to assess requests, manage accounts and provide the access appropriate to your role.

Event signups and early-access registrations

If you register after a demonstration, scan an event QR code or use an early-access form, we collect the details you submit:

We also record the signup date, event or referral source, and information needed to manage follow-up. Our team may add relevant business meeting notes, an assigned contact and a follow-up status.

An early-access registration does not automatically create an approved affiliate account or confirm your authority to represent an operator.

Messages and support enquiries

We collect the contact details and message content you provide by email, through forms or through other communication channels.

Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card details or identity documents through general contact forms or Binglee.

Professional profiles and contributions

Where relevant features are available, we process professional information such as names, roles, organisations, biographies, photographs, business contacts and brand assignments.

This information may come from you, an authorised organisation representative or identified public professional sources.

We also process content you submit, such as posts, comments, reports and requests to correct information.

Binglee

When you use Binglee, we process your question, the context needed to answer it and the response. This may include the relevant brand, selected market and supporting information.

Our current question-logging system records questions, answers, timestamps and whether an answer could be provided. It may retain a raw model response when an accuracy check fails so that our team can investigate the problem.

The question log uses a daily-changing, one-way IP hash for abuse detection. Separate rate-limiting infrastructure may temporarily process your IP address. This does not mean that all website or infrastructure logs are free of IP addresses.

Our team may review questions and answers to assess accuracy, investigate errors and improve the service.

Do not include sensitive personal information in your questions. If you include personal information, it may be processed with the question.

3. How and why we use information

Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we use the following legal bases as appropriate to the activity.

PurposeLegal basis
Provide requested account features and administer servicesPerformance of a contract, or steps you request before entering one
Respond to enquiries and manage requested event follow-upLegitimate interests in responding to requests and maintaining relevant professional relationships; pre-contractual steps where applicable
Assess applications and verify professional representationLegitimate interests in protecting the platform and granting appropriate access; contractual necessity where applicable
Publish relevant professional informationLegitimate interests in providing an accurate professional information service, or consent where that is the appropriate basis
Send optional news and launch emailsConsent
Send necessary account, signup and service messagesThe basis applicable to the service or request, rather than optional marketing consent
Operate Binglee and review its accuracyLegitimate interests in providing and improving a reliable information service; contractual necessity where applicable
Protect accounts, prevent abuse and investigate incidentsLegitimate interests in security and fraud prevention
Meet applicable legal dutiesLegal obligation

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the purpose, necessity and effect on the people concerned.

Providing personal information is generally voluntary. Fields marked as required are needed to process the relevant request. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to complete that request.

4. Event follow-up and optional news emails

When you leave your details after an event or demonstration, we use them to acknowledge your request and follow up about the interests you have expressed.

We may contact you by email and, where you provide a Telegram username for follow-up, through that channel.

General news and launch emails are separate. We send these only if you choose the optional signup preference. We record the preference, the date and the wording associated with it.

You do not need to subscribe to news emails to register your interest or receive a response.

You can withdraw your news-email consent using the unsubscribe option in the message or by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You can also ask us to stop direct-marketing contact at any time.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary messages about an active account, an outstanding request or an existing service relationship.

5. Telegram

Telegram contact is optional. You do not need to use Telegram to register or communicate with us.

If you provide a username, we retain it with your contact record for the follow-up described above.

If you open our Telegram link or message @brandbing, Telegram processes information under its own privacy policy and your Telegram settings. Providing your username does not itself add you to a group or subscribe you to a channel.

We do not automatically add event signups to Telegram groups.

6. Public information and private records

Published brandsheets, network pages, professional profiles and member contributions may be accessible to other visitors and search engines. Information intentionally made public may also appear in public data services where the feature supports this.

The visibility of professional contact details depends on the relevant publication and access settings.

Event signup records, internal follow-up notes and private application information are not intended for public publication.

Do not include private personal information in material intended for a public page.

If professional information about you is inaccurate, outdated or should not be published, contact us at [email protected].

7. Service providers and other recipients

We use service providers to host, secure and operate BrandBing. Our current infrastructure includes:

The information supplied depends on the service. For example, email delivery involves a recipient address, message content and delivery information. Binglee processing involves the question and relevant context.

Authorised team members and contractors may access information where needed to perform their duties.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities or other recipients where necessary to meet legal obligations, investigate abuse, establish or defend legal claims, or carry out a business reorganisation with appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not automatically share an event signup with casino operators, affiliate programmes or account managers. Where a requested introduction involves sharing your details, we explain the intended recipient and arrange the introduction appropriately.

8. International processing

Some providers operate internationally, and personal information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States.

Where applicable data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use the relevant lawful transfer arrangement.

[Before publication, insert the transfer arrangements actually applicable to BrandBing’s providers: relevant adequacy decisions, contractual clauses and any required UK arrangements. Confirm these against the agreements and configuration in use.]

You can contact us for information about relevant safeguards and how to obtain a copy, subject to necessary redactions.

We use cookies or similar storage where needed for functions such as authentication, security and remembering preferences:

We do not currently use analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we introduce them, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where it is required.

You can control storage through your browser, although blocking necessary storage may prevent some features from working.

Some links lead to external casinos, affiliate programmes or other websites. Those organisations handle information under their own policies when you visit them.

Where referral links include identifiers, these may allow the destination or its tracking provider to attribute a visit or subsequent action. When you follow a link to an affiliate programme from BrandBing, we record the click with the time, the referring page, your browser type and a one-way hash of your IP address, so that we can count referrals without storing the address itself. Do not submit operator account details or gambling information to BrandBing unless a specific service explains why it needs them.

10. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for the period needed for its purpose, considering the relationship, unresolved requests, legal requirements, security needs and the nature of the information.

Our retention arrangements are:

InformationRetention
Event signups and meeting notes[Insert approved period or review-and-deletion criteria, including what happens when a lead becomes an active relationship]
Accounts and applications[Insert actual active, inactive, unsuccessful-application and closure arrangements]
Correspondence[Insert applicable period or criteria]
Public profiles and contributionsWhile publication remains appropriate, subject to correction, removal, moderation and any justified recordkeeping needs
Binglee question and answer content[Confirm the actual deletion period; the current published policy specifies 12 months]
Security and technical logs[Insert actual periods or criteria, including rate-limiting data]
Marketing preferencesWhile needed to manage subscriptions, with limited preference and suppression records retained as necessary to respect choices and demonstrate compliance

Deletion from active systems may be followed by expiry from backups under the applicable backup schedule. Information retained for a legal obligation or dispute is restricted to that purpose.

We do not claim information is automatically deleted unless the relevant process is implemented.

11. Security

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and the risks involved. These include access controls and safeguards for transmitting and storing information.

Access should be limited to people and services that need it for authorised purposes.

No system is completely secure. Contact [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access or a personal-data issue.

12. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to:

These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.

You have the right to object to processing for direct marketing, including related profiling.

Send requests to [email protected]. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Please do not send identity documents unless we explain a secure and necessary verification process.

We respond within the applicable legal timeframe and explain any permitted extension or reason a request cannot be fulfilled.

You can complain to the supervisory authority relevant to your location or circumstances. UK users can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. EEA users can contact their national data-protection authority.

[Insert BrandBing’s relevant supervisory authority and any required representative contact details once the controller’s establishment and obligations are confirmed.]

13. Automated tools

Binglee generates responses automatically and may make mistakes. Its answers are informational.

An event signup does not itself grant affiliate approval, operator verification or restricted access.

[Before publication, confirm whether any other profiling or solely automated decisions are made and add the required explanation if applicable.]

14. Children

BrandBing is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Do not register or submit personal information if you are under 18. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, practices or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest published revision.

Where required, we provide additional notice or obtain consent before starting a new use of information. Continued website use does not itself constitute consent to optional processing.
